If you have already tried standard uninstall from the Start>All Programs>Comanche 4 and from the control panel Add/Remove programs, you may have to do an over-the-top install and then uninstall. It's possible your installation has been corrupted and the necessary uninstall files are inaccessible.
Otherwise, you could run chkdsk (see
here or
here) to attempt to repair any file corruption in your system, and then attempt standard removal.
