How to change language back to uk english after setup?

Not knowing what language you are in go into setup and there should be an icon of lips with a speech balloon over it. Change it to a British English and voice. they are on the same options. Reason for British English is that it will be in two words such as Anglais Angleterre or Anglais UK in French or similar in other languages.. There should also be an Anglais US.
You cannot do damage if you pick the wrong language such as Zulu. Just more frustration.

Your TomTom One has been set to a foreigh language: you need to change the default back to any version of English (US or UK) that is available:
It is normally done under 'Change preference' (look for Spanner image Icon) -> Scroll right Arrow until 'Change language' (look for Flags image Icon) -> Select English -> Select an English Voice
Just look for the graphic when you bring the menu up as it will be in whatever language!

remove your sd card and reset the unit by using a paper clip and insert it in the tiny hole on the bottom where it says reset, once it comes back up you will see a screen that you wont understand but click the tab in the lower right hand side then tap the center of the next screen (should be the map) then keep clicking the lower right tab on each page till you come to the language page, then select which ever language you want.

Start your tt. On the map screen tap the screen. Then tap the wrench (bottom far reight next to the forward arrow). Tap the forward arrow until you come to a icon of flags. Tap the flag icon then you can set your language.

firstly don't use tina when you're done with the setup change the voice to Tina again

Tap screen, then tap lower middle icon, tap Right Arrow seven times, tap button with country flags, choose your language...

Switch on your tomtom . tap the screen then select CHANGE PREFERENCES . Move right using the ARROW at bottom right of screen. ( the arrow is pointing to the right ) . Look for an ICON with FLAGS . Under the FLAGS icon it says ( CHANGE LANGUAGE. ) Tap the FLAGS ICON. iT WILL SHOW all THE LANGUAGES AVAILABLE. Select ENGLISH UK . It will then move to another screen requiring you to confirm YES or NO . Select YES .... and thats it . Good luck.
