You might well have a bad control board. I will suggest you to get a spare and go from there. The prices can easily be the same as a brand new range. Good Luck!

After a power outage my Samsung SRS580DHLS is displaying and flashing SE? What does this code mean and how do I fix it? Rirht now the control panel only displays SE and does not respond to any presses

Your control board is reacting to a surge in power. Unplug the unit for 5 minutes then replug and follow normal starting procedures. If that does not work think about buying a new unit.

Screen displays -SE- , none of the keypad buttons work

The word -SE- , means systems error, the cause is a short in the membrane of the keypad. The only solution is the keypad must be replaced.

An F1 error occurred when self-cleaning. I've

hello there:
On Magic Chef ranges, F1 usually indicated a defect in either the keypad or the electronic control. If the error shows when the keypad is disconnected from control, the problem is usually in the control. If the error ceases with the keypad disconnected, the keypad is usually the cause.
On some models the keypad and electronic control are 1 integral part in which case the whole control assembly usually has to be replaced to correct the problem.
: Until you can get this part replaced you can disconnect the ribbon cable from the board and the error should go away can
here is as picture of the part you will need c8db069.gif
:
: disable the beeping? if this is happening
The buzzer circuit may be able to be separated from the rest of the control. If wired to it, the wire(s) may be able to be cut. or removed
hope this is very helpful for you
Best regards Mike

WP Touchpad does not work.

The error code of F2 and E1 on your gas range is indicating a keypad failure or an Electronic Range Control (ERC) board failure. The ribbon connector on the keypad could be damaged or shorted. One of the buttons could be stuck or shorted on the keypad. There is a good possibility of a failed (ERC) board as well.
I recommend having a service technician come out and diagnose which part failed and repair your range.

Kitchenaid YKGRT607HS6

F2:E0 is shorted keypad, and F2:E1 is no keypad connection, you need to replace the keypad.

You can find schematics and find replacements by entering model number here.

Error message on Whirlpool Gold gastop range: E0 -F2-

It means "shorted keypad".

1. Disconnect power from oven for longer than 30 seconds.
2. Re-apply power and observe for longer than 5 minutes.
3. If failure remains, disconnect power, replace control, then
go back to step 2.
4. Unplug and replug membrane connector.
