My Trojan Runx treadmill on start up is slow to get to speed and when i climb on while at speed you can hear it losing speed.

There could be a few possible reasons for your Trojan Runx treadmill to have this issue:

Belt tension: The treadmill belt may not be tight enough, causing it to slip and lose speed. You can adjust the belt tension by using an Allen wrench to tighten the bolts at the back of the treadmill.
Motor: The motor may be overheating and shutting off, causing the treadmill to slow down. You can check the motor by opening up the motor cover and looking for any signs of burning or overheating.

My Hoover Wind Tunnel Anniversary Edition seems to have a power surge and smells like burning but not like burning rubber.

im not an expert , but it could be the bruhes or bearings on the motor , other wise , lose conections , check manuel , go to hoover on internet for ansers

Jigsaw heating up and losing power.

Motor is heating up because too much power is entering the unit. That will happen when the motor is NOT spinning at correct speed. This can be accounted for by using it for a job it was not untended for or excessive friction in the motor bearings.

You may have already permanently damaged the windings where on some of them the plastic insulation has melted and the wires now touch each other resulting in a lower than normal resistance, more current consumption and less back emf.

Unless that motor is binding, I believe you have damaged the motor - cannot be fixed but only replaced. Sorry.

Why did I lose power to scrubber

Your motor just burned up. There was probably a burning, electrical smell too, right ? You are done with this machine. Buy a F5914 Hoover and your troubles will be over. For a second opinion, take it to a vacuum repair shop.

Loosing oil no leak no smoke coming from exhaust

there`s only 2 ways to lose oil. one is a leak somewhere from the motor the other is the motor is burning oil. just because you don`t see smoke doesn`t mean its not burning oil. you don`t say how much oil your losing between oil changes. if its only about 1/1.5 litres between oil changes then this is a normal lose which means its burning slightly.

Kenmore-Whisper Belt vacuum cleaner. suddenly began to lose power along with,strong burning smell,sparks and smoke shooting out of the back of the machine.Belt,bag and filters are fine. Any thoughts?

Strong burning smell, sparks and smoke are a pretty good sign the motor is fried and about ready to burst into flames.

Burning smell however belt looks fine, element heats, motor turns vent is clean. I'm at a lose?

Check if the heating element is touching the heater box somewhere
and grounding it .

If you're Toro electric blower is slowing down, throwing sparks, overheating or not starting you may need to replace the carbon brushes. Replacing brushes and cleaning commutator early can prevent damage to motor armature!
There are Electric Motor replacement carbon brushes on E-bay for all three motor sizes (7 AMP, 10.5 AMP, and 12 AMP) of Toro Leaf Blowers (Toro Rake and Vac Super and Ultra Blower and "850" Vacuums)
Search E-bay for: "Toro Blower Carbon Brush"
- 12 Amp leaf blowers Toro Super (Old model 51552) through Toro Ultra (New model 51609).
- Toro 850 Super Blower Shredder-Vac 12 Amp (model 51575).
- 10.5 Amp leaf blowers Toro Old through Toro New model 51573.
- 7 Amp leaf blowers Toro model 51586 and other Toro 7 amp blowers.
