Hey everyone! I had the same problem, and I actually got it to work again! I hope these directions will help you get yours to work (from the manual):
1. Put the headset in pairing mode
• Make sure the headset is off.
• Press and hold the answer/end button until a solid blue light comes on. <== THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! HOLD THE BUTTON UNTIL YOU SEE A SOLID NON-BLINKING LIGHT! (This is where I was going wrong with the directions.)
2. Set your Bluetooth phone to ‘discover’ the Jabra BT350
Follow your phone’s instruction guide. This usually involves going to a ‘setup,’ ‘connect’ or ‘Bluetooth’ menu on your phone and selecting the option to ‘discover’ or ‘add’ a Bluetooth device.
3. Your phone will find the Jabra BT350
Your phone then asks if you want to pair with it. Accept by pressing ‘Yes’ or ‘OK’ on the phone and confirm with the passkey or PIN = 0000 (4 zeros).
Good luck!

right out of the box i had the light flicker on me too. if you don't have warranty or receipt like i did try this. i'm not responsible if it doesn't work after!
peel off the blue part of plastic that has jabra on it. take a screwdriver and unscrew the star screws. take the cover off. using some wires, briefly connect a battery (i used a wireless drill battery) to the leads of the bluetooth battery. you'll see a spark.
now my thing is charging for the first time
SOURCE: Jabra JX10 Bluetooth doesn't/won't charge
Not sure if this is a solution or if it occurred by chance. Like many on here, I put my Jabra JX10 away for a few months while not using it. The time come for me to need it once again and found that it was dead. Made an attempt to charge the unit with negative results. The unit would only show a green "charged" LED indicator as if the unit was fully charged. I tried plugging the unit into the charger multiple times, and took the cradle out of the loop and just used the AC cord alone. Still with the same results. I pulled the outside cover off (slowly), to be sure not to break the small fragile tabs that hold it in place. The battery takes up majority of the space. Removed the battery but DID NOT disconnect from unit. Plugged the charge cord into the unit and immediately got a red LED charging indicator. While charging, placed the battery back inside and put the outside cover back on. The unit continued to charge for a little over an hour before the green LED "charged" indicator came on. I used the unit throughout the day to test it with no problems. Not sure what removing the battery from unit did, especially when it was not disconnected, but it worked. I hope to see similar results.

I'm going to say what you already know its your jabra. it has gone to jabra heaven. Iv gone threw 3 of these in 2 years it doesnt take much to damage them scents the electronics are so delicate and small I lost one due to dropping it one because it got to much moisture (I took it to the shower with me and laid it on the counter and the steam killed it when I was done it no longer worked ) and one my 10 year old son sat on in my car it was DOA by the time I got him to school. Im sorry that I could not help you revive it in some way but i hope that I was at least helpful.
