That means that the USB drive that you have on your computer is either on the USB 1.1 driver and you have to update it or your computers USB is not capable of USB 2.0 speed. First thing you need to do is find out the model number and brand of your motherboard. Then go to the manufacturers website then look at the manual for the board to find out if you have USB 1.1 or USB 2.0. If you have USB 2.0 then download the latest drivers for your board. If you only have USB 1.1 then your only options is to buy a USB 2.0 to PCI card that will give you USB 2.0 or just stay with the USB 1.1

Hi Edward Squires, I want to help you with your problem, but I need more information from you. Can you please add details in the comment box?
Is your flash drive really PCI, or USB?
Does motherboard BIOS/UEFI have USB port?
After examining the issue I found out I was hacked badly .... The PC had no administrative users, including myself both admin and owner/special rights .... But he was good, my windows was trashed/unrecoverable and my external backup drive a reformat fixed that, of course he gave "himself" all rights to my stuff.... I even cough him in user's, while working with permissions, he would be there, in the root and all over the place... A IP address in black with a red ? mark, at the start, when I tried to capture it, it turned to a unknown user group with all rights and couldn't be changed... So I went and got a box from Micro center, bare bones just Windows 7 Ultimate, and built it up with what I need and use, only no extra software was installed ........ Now I have the BEST PC I have ever had, just 53.5 GB used, and runs super fast...... it cost me $219.00 to fix .... Thanks to MC . A Note: To keep the hacker out, I unplugged my modem/router Xfinity box to change the dynamic IP address. Next I buy another box, the same, and set it up, her's " the wife's" was corrupted worse them mine from the same guy! Thanks for all the responses, it helped me get to the root of the problem...
