check the fuse on the bottom curcit board it is a round black fuse on some units labled f21 it is solidered in the board on some units it is 400ma 250v fuse
if you pull the unit out of the black box ( one screw on bottom) and then turn the unit up side down, their is a glass fuse in it. See if it is blown, their is also a fuse just for the ozone part it is marked F21 on the same board, it is soldered in the board, it is a black round fuse marked 400ma 250v on some models
Open the back and change the Ozone plate. then slide out the ION plate and clean it with denatured alcohol. If no light inside, you may have to replace the bulb and / or starter. Hope that helps.
