Locked up - reboot won't go past verizon logo screen

There are a few possible reasons why your LG Env3 is only displaying the Verizon logo:

1. The phone is stuck in a boot loop: This can happen if the phone's software becomes corrupt, causing the phone to continuously reboot and display the Verizon logo.
2. The phone is stuck in a firmware update: If the phone was in the middle of a firmware update and the update failed, it may be stuck in a loop and only display the Verizon logo.
3. The phone has a hardware issue: If the phone's hardware has become damaged or malfunctioning, it may only be able to display the Verizon logo.
4. The phone is locked: If the phone is locked with a passcode or pattern and you've tried to enter it multiple times, it may display the Verizon logo.

I had the same thing happen to my Digix Tab 720 last night. This happened after I reset the tablet to factory settings. I left it charging over night and this morning, it is working perfectly. Hope this helps.

I have the exact same problem and am seeking a solution too ... it won't boot past the Vizio logo on the screen and the remote and side buttons won't work :(

check charger , charging point of your phone and furthermore make sure phone screen save features is set to maximum

your operating system probably crashed. you can goto the UT Starcom website and download the operations system. make sure you select the proper carrier. it is a very simple process that will show you step by step on how to re-flash your software. it will erase everything on the phone and put it back to factory settings. if it is a sprint ppc6700 feel free to call us or stop in our store and we will take a look at it for you. 317.337.0030 M-F 9-6 Sat 11-2

upgrade the phone to WM6 with A3.5 @ ppcgeeks.com --> apache forums.

that will upgrade the phone's firmware at the same time as upgrading the ROM to WM6
