Go the manufacturers web site. They often post a pdf copy of it. Or go to and HVAC unit that carries that brand and search for a pdf copy of the users manual

You have two manuals for your oven. One, is the installation manual and the other is the user manual. The user manual covers several different model numbers and does not help you with repairs.

You need to provide your oven model number which is on a label after you open the oven door.

Please provide the model number and tell us what the problem is.
