Press MENU .... and press 1 (for) General Setup (press right arrow )
and select/press 3 - Station ID (where you can enter your fax number and telephone number and NAME). Enter each and press SET ... and when you're done (after entering your NAME), press the STOP/EXIT button.

on the right side theres a flap that can lift up!(the one with your speed dails!)Press data registration and then set/ok,it will say user settings and press set/ok again!It says ate and time,use the arrows down and go to user name, press set/ok and type in your name,press set/ok and stop!Enjoy!!

GO INTO THE MENU AND YOU ARE LOOKING FOR FAX SET UP IN THERE YOU WILL FIND A SECTIOON TO SET D FAX HEADER AND NUMBER THE HEADER IS THE NAME THAT SHOWS WHO IS SENDING THE FAX IE ..VOLVO TULSA OR WHITE HOUSE!!! YOU ENTER THE FAX NUMBER BY THE DIAL PAD AND PRES IOK TO SAVE
You can change the Fax ID in the menu. It should be located in Menu/Set 0,3 (Station ID). Enter your new fax number, menu/set, new phone number, menu/set, your "name", menu/set.
And you're set.
You can go under (menu) and then (Initial Setup) and using up or down tabs move till you see Machine ID. Press (menu) or (ok) button and change phone, fax number, and name. Press(ok) button after each is set to your specification. Hope this helped!
We also have losted our manual and need to reset everything but can't rember how to do it.. Can someone please help me out on this problem. Very much appreciated!!
