Can you fix a rattling speaker with silicone spray

Yes You Can. But its not recommended on subwoofers or any larger speaker that moves a lot. The only way this will work is if you can see the foam rattling and its not a huge rip.

Subwoofer rattling.

Make sure your sub is securely screwed to your box, boot build, whatever you have it sitting in. Remember subs are made to vibrate when working, check your screws are tight.

Bass sounds muggy it rattles alot when volume is turned up. It just started to happen. What is happening? The bass from the head unit is at -8 while the subwoofer level is a +15.

Have you had it checked out, if it rattles when bass hits hard, it could be busted, have you had it up extremely loud before? If so, that is probably what done it, otherwise, I would call whoever you bought it from, and ask them if they know anyone who has had similar problems to yours.

Subwoofer sound cutting out.

Hiya by rattling i am assuming like something loose/fell off etc (rattling sound or distortion on the speaker itself is different, speaker could be damaged or braiding damaged that 'Might" make the speaker come in and out.) Something could have come of the PC board and may not be to serious. Probably protecting as not 100%. It may be as simple as resoldering the part but if not sure on your side i would advise seeking some help. Best of luck

I have 2003 E500 MB. Ihave rear speaker rattle problem when there is strong base music. I cheched the speaker subwoofer it did not blown out. when I put my finger on speaker it stops rattle. Do I need to...

Most likely the speaker's center dust cap came loose (this is common on Audis, and maybe on M-B cars too). Just use a little glue and glue it back on and the rattle stops.
