Vizio L32 hdtv10a.. amber light is on Itried manually turning it on and remote still nothing happens. Any sujjestions?

My tv won't turn on. The orange light is on - will not turn green and go on. Have tried disconnecting from power, using remote, manually hitting on button. I ordered and replaced the main board part 3632 0012 0395.... and nothing.. Screen is still black. Do I need to reset anything? Could it be the inverter? If so which one main or slave Vizio L32 hdtv10a Tv will not turn on at all. Amber light is on tried manual power button and remote and nothing happens.

Symptoms of a Defective or dying Power supplies on LCD TVs.
1. Light(s) on the front panel are behaving not normal example, blinking, amber color or
not steady, fainting, etc.
2. TV not turning ON properly.
3. TV turns OFF by itself.
4. Needs to be unplug to many times to make it work.
5. Humming or high pitch noise heard through speakers or at the back of the TV.

your Main board went bad, common issue with these units. Need to be replaced, in tv land it called main board in computer world mother board. your unit has only two boards power board and that is good cause you get a amber to green to amber led. good luck Vizio field tech

You don't use it you lose it. Its probably condensation on the circuits. Use a room fan to dry it off after a few weeks.

Look at the power supply, look for burnt parts, bad capacitors, etc.

I have the same model for my bed room, my power supply blew up beyond repair, had to buy a used one, now the LCD controller board is going bad when it gets hot. Not a very good TV.

Orange light is all I get.

99 percent its the mainboard not the powerboard, especially if you have amber led. The mainboard swap is pretty simple if you can get the parts.
