No e-mail that states you won a lot of money is true, neither from Yahoo, from rich people, from foundations who want to send you a lot of money. They are spam or a means to gain access to your bank accounts.

don't be fooled by scams. Special not when they ask you some details. Never give any password, or anything about account numbers.

99.9999999% chance you just got a phishing mail.

An expert wouldn't be able to fix the problem. The problem lies on the Yahoo end, and they will not be changing this any time soon.

Unless they work out these bugs, people will be stuck with the issues they're facing. Yahoo will not be changing back to the old version either.

Are you using yahoo mail and yahoo messenger account at the same time?
Please remember that when you sign in at yahoo messenger.... you will be log out when you try to sign in to your yahoo email...that is because the chat is available in your yahoo mail account. Please disable your chat option by making it OFFLINE.
