CCD IMAGER failed !! if ur display is black in shoot mode and pics u take newones are also turn out to be black then it is called CCD failure

but u can call olympus for free replacement as many are doing the same it is a common fault and it is considered a manufac fault

This is CCD failure- If it is less than a year old it will ber replasced.
It may even be replaced if older- if it is a known fault
