Since yesterday, whenever I try to log into Facebook, I get the following error message: Sorry, an error has occurred. We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can." As long as you have your email account, you should be able to log in to FB (use your original message from Facebook if nothing else works. Link can be found from your email by searching Facebook...the first two messages from them).
Knowing that one account is dying, it's time to go to Facebook setting on top right corner and choose ACCOUNT SETTINGS - there you find all options from changing email address to password etc...

Although I would still like to be able to access Facebook using Internet Explorer (and I still am not able to do so), I was able to work around the problem by installing the Firefox internet browser. Using it, I was able to access Facebook without a problem.
