Facebook should never ask you to install anything on login. Be sure the address bar in your browser says "https://www.facebook.com". There are several websites that mimic Facebook and have misspelled names like Faecbook.com which will attempt to install malicious software on your computer, or steal your login information. Once you are able to login to Facebook normally, I suggest changing your password immediately.

you can login it in 30 days after that you can't unblock..

It is possible that on accident you are hitting a extra key or have caps lock on. If not and you have checked a few times, someone could have changed your password. To check go to the email website that you use to log in to your facebook, such as yahoo.com or gmail.com. After you log in check to see if a message about a facebook password change has come through, if not have facebook send you a new password so you can get back in and then cahnge your password to something new so it doesnt happen again. Becareful using your facebook on other public machines, make sure to log out of them before walking away.
