Have you tried a temporary sync?

If you don't know how to do this then all you gotta do is:

* With a Wii remote that is already synced Press the Home Button.
* Pick Wii remote settings, located at the bottom.
* Select Reconnect.
* Press 1 & 2 on the Rock Candy remote and see if that works.

Sadly this only lasts till the Wii is turned off.

I don't know if it works for the Rock Candy remote, but I hope it does until a more permanent solution turns up for you.

SOURCE: Problem getting wii GUITAR working with RockBand 2 after a resync

first of all you should make sure you have fresh batteries and then try the special resynch via the red dot like button on the inside of the controller (press it at the same time as the one in sd card slot) if that doesnt work try just moving closer to the wii at far distance the controller signal gets weak. if its not that then its a hardware issue

SOURCE: how to sync drums to wii rb2

If you look on the USB Dongle. If there is a blinking LED that means the Dongle lost connection with the drums. Hit the Black button and all should be fine.

SOURCE: wii ROCK BAND DRUMS WONT CONNECT. They were working.

is there a sync button on the drum set? if so, hit the sync button on the drums and then hit the sync button on the Wii. This will attempt to re-sync the signal of the drum to the Wii console. This has to be done for any new device that gets added to the Wii. Every so often, the Wii will lose connection with the device and has a hard time reconnecting. Sometimes this connection just has to be reset by resyncing the devices. If that doesn't work, you may have a bum product and have to buy a new one. Walmart has a replacement plan starting around 5 bucks depending on the product where, should your product fail within a year, you can order a new one on their site free of charge and have it shipped to the store for pickup. I recommend this for any high price console peripheral. So basically, my advice is to try and re-sync the drum set to your wii via the sync switches on the 2 devices. If that doesn't work, consider replacing. I hope this helps.

SOURCE: replaced dogle on wii rock

To sync the guitar to your Wii, plug the white dongle into one of the Wii’s USB ports first. Press down the guitar icon button until it flashes blue. Press and hold the sync button on the dongle and then press and hold the sync button beneath the whammy bar on the guitar. The Wii will then assign the guitar to one of the open controller profiles and you can start playing.

How do you connect a rock candy remote to Wii

Make sure you have fresh batteries in it. the little red button under the battery cover is the sync button. Push it and you should see the 4 blue lights flash on the remote. Push the sync button on the Wii (red button under the front flap) and wait a few seconds. The remote light should stop flashing and one of the lights should light, indicating which remote it is (1-4) Repeat as necessary or change the order of button pushing if it doesn't work the second time.

What should i do my rock candy wii controller blinks non stop this is the second rock candy controller i brought that will not sync to my wii what should i do ?

Have you tried the red buttons on the wii and controller? The red wii sync button is in the door by the sd card slot and the red sync button for the controller is behind the battery cover above the battery's. Push the red sync button on the wii and then the controller. That should sync them.

How do u sync the new rock candy wireless controller to your wii

To connect any form of controller to your Wii, you need to flip open the flap on the front of the Wii system. There should be a small red button. You must hold that, and then push a pin into the small hole on the back of the controller (There should be a round red button inside of that as well) and hold them for a few seconds. This will automatically pair the controller and system.

I have tried programming my wii remote but it won't work. I pressed both the sync buttons, but all it does is flash on all 4 dots and then quits. I've changed the batteries in both remotes, as...

Here's what to do. I've had this happen many times.

1. Open up the SD Card compartment on the Wii.

2. Open up the battery cover on the remotes.

3. Press the red Sync button on the Wii, and then on one of the remotes.

4. Repeat for whatever remotes need synced.

This will make every remote act like the P1 remote. For temporary syncing, just go into the Home Menu and click Wii Remote Settings. Click on another option(it'll say to press 1 and 2) and follow the instructions.

Wii Remotes are not working.

Be sure to follow this procedure in order:

Note: Make sure you have placed batteries in the Wii Remote.

  1. Press the Power button on the Wii console to turn it on.
  2. Remove the battery cover on the back of the Wii Remote you wish to sync up, and press the SYNC button just below the batteries. The Player LED will blink.
  3. Open the SD Card Slot cover on the front of the Wii console and press the SYNC button on the inside of the compartment.
  4. When the Player LED blinking stops, the syncing is complete. The LED that is illuminated indicates the player number (1 to 4).
If that doesn't work, try putting fresh non-rechargable alkaline batteries in the remote and repeat the above procedure. The culprit may actually be your batteries.

WII remote not working properly

Try this. It just worked for me. I actually didn't have to synch. After I unplugged the console and restarted, it worked.

    Try these steps!

  1. Turn the Wii console power OFF by pressing the POWER Button on the front of the console. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet for a few seconds. After a few seconds have elapsed, plug the cord back into the wall outlet.

  2. Turn the power of the Wii console ON. When you see the Health and Safety screen, open the small flap on the front of the Wii console to find a red button labeled "SYNC." Press and hold the SYNC Button down for 15 seconds. This will clear all the syncs on the Wii, allowing you to get a clean start to begin the process described below.

  3. After holding the SYNC Button on the Wii console down for at least 15 seconds, you can now "re-sync" your Wii Remotes:

    1. With the first Wii Remote you wish to sync, remove the battery cover on the back of the Wii Remote to find a small red button just below the batteries.

    2. Press and release the small red button just below the batteries on the Wii Remote; the blue lights on the front of the Wii Remote will blink.

    3. Quickly press and release the red SYNC button on the inside of the white flap on the front of the Wii console (picture).

    4. When the Player LED blinking stops and stays lit, the syncing is complete. The LED that is illuminated indicates the player number (1 through 4).
    5. This sync procedure (steps "a" through "d" above) must be followed for each additional Wii Remote added to the system.
