You did not post the model number but when a front loader wont spin at high speed it usually means that a spring or shock absorber on the drum is broken or came off.
Possible there is no switching for the cycle from the controller or there is speed limited due to sensor action for vibration. Check the leveling of the machine, if not use rubber footing to hold the machine steady. Also check the drives for friction , if so reset and lubricate.
If the machine washes but won't go into the high speed spin, then either the speed control board is bad or the door switch is bad. Look in the machine there is a tech document to help you with this problem.
could be the door latch, there is a wax motor in it that closes just for the high spin, if the computer (board) doesnt get that signal it won't go into high spin
Your bearing are broken or wearing out. Replace the bearings.
This requires taking the whole machine apart and requires special tools. I would call a appliance repair company in your area. It can be very expensive to fix.
