I was initially impressed with how well the built in webcam worked in a dimly lit room... though today it has stopped performing. I am in a well lit room, even have a flash light for extra light... but all i get is an image that looks like i am in a cave.
I can shine the flash light into the camera and it is still black and blue with hints of red.
I would think that maybe the colors were reversed but ive dimmed the lights and it doesnt help so it isn't being over saturated either.
I've reinstalled the drivers... I've flicked the camera... I've tried getting mad... I've tried everything that i can think of!
[of course i have also tried to play with the settings.. gamma, contrast etc.]
Install "AMCap", open -> Options -> Video Capture Filter.
Click in Default button.
