Don't know what size and amps fuse to use for T4E250V (#on the fuse)
My Philips TV model#27PT6441/37 blew a fuse and we found where the fuse was. The # on the fuse is #T4E250V. What amps is this fuse and what # do we use to replace it?

If the fuse blown.. right next to the fuse on the board it should tell the correct size.. also on the fuse it self on the metal tips it says the size that it is.
You could have shorted out the mainboard from the power surge. If this is the case, you may only need to replace some capacitors if you are handy with a soldering iron.
If you don't have soldering experience, I would recommend replacing the whole board. Search around online for the schematics, or replacement board for sale
if you plugged a 125 volt tv in to a 220 volt outlet you more than likely fried alof of the componets in the tv. Putting a bigger fuse in there is only going to increase the risk of it catching on fire so i would not recomend that. you might replace the power supply and cross your fingers and hope that nothing else cooked when the 220 volts hit it
