Finished last cycle OK, but nothing is showing signs of life. No power light or solenoid/pump showing any signs of life. Power, water supply checked and OK. Pump had some light debris, but that has been cleaned & is OK too. Any ideas?

This washer does not fill with water. It is an energy efficient machine using very little water. The cleaning action comes from the constant recycling of the water

It sounds like the pump motor or the impeller may be damaged. The "F02" error code is usually attributed to a pump failure or clog somewhere in the drain system. If you have made sure that the drain lines and pump reservoir are clean, and the pump still does not run properly, I would replace it. The first link explains the "F02" error and how to check the pump.

A replacement pump can be found at searspartsdirect.com. Just type in your model number and the pump can be found under the "Pump and Motor Parts" heading as item number 10 (part #8181684). This is a simple repair. Just read through the instructions thoroughly before starting any repairs. If you need further assistance, please let me know. If you do not wish to purchase parts on line, use the part number provided and take to your nearest appliance parts retailer. I hope this is helpful to you.

Unplug the machine. Unscrew the 3 screws under the front edge of the washer. The service technician manual is attached to the panel that slides down and off. Find F21 code. See suggested procedures. Note: My drain pump filter had a baby wash cloth in it along with some change that was disrupting the flow. It is exceptionally easy to remove, clean, and reinstall. Just line up installation notches when reinstalling. Whirlpool should have mentioned this filter in the User & Care Guide, but I could not find it anywhere in there.
