hello Diane, actually yellow is mixed red and green. I thing you should check your cbf cable first (VGA cable). Or if you have pattern test, use it to make sure which color has lost. Change VGA cable may can solve it. If any problem, please let me know. Thanks and good luck.
Hello, Please connect your laptop to an external monitor and see if the output is the same. If it displays fine on the monitor, then we are looking at either a screen cable problem or a screen problem. If the display is the same as on the laptop, then it is a problem with the display adapter on the mother board.
Reset the colors setting back to factory original setting.Should have all colors back to original. Not than ur main tuner signal board is dead, must replaced.

bad convergence would cause show to look as if it was supposed to be a 3-d movie, if a bulb was going out then people would look purple blue -green,or some other off color, so likely the green bulb is going out from the color of the people you described.
The problem with the set is that the blue gun has gone weak, and not emitting at par with red and green guns in your picture tube. Turn of the blue screen and get the grainy display on the screen (detach the cable) and enter into service mode to fine tune until you get a perfect or black and white grain pattern.
there is no picture tube, it's a flat screen.
