I tried to make sure it wasn't accidentally turned off (because things like that sometimes happen) and it wasn't, so I tried restarting it, but it still wouldn't work. I can still touch the screen with my hand, use the track pad, and that blue dot thing in the keyboard to move the mouse fine and it doesn't have a problem. Can anyone fix this for me?
I think the pen has gone bad on you, since your screen can still detect your hand and the track pad. I would think the pen is faulty. Try another pen cause I think your original is bad, if it was the touch feature that wasn't working I would say its a driver problem but that feature still works with the exception of the pen. Get another pen.
Dude, I just had the same problem with my pen, I searched every where for the solution but I didn't find and and suddenly if ound out that this pen needs a buttery and all what i did is just replace it and its working :D so change yyours
I agree with the responder. We had problems with the tablets ceasing to respond to pen taps. When we replaced the pens, that seemed to solve the problem. I am wondering how sensitive the pens are to being dropped.
