Phone turns on but wont go past the start up rumor by LG screen

Hi Acostawifee0 it sounds like you have a software crash on the phone. Try taking out the battery. They may not be much you can do if the battery pull doesn't work. You may need to call lg or the carrier to get a replacement phone. uNLESS THE CARRIER HAS A SOFTWARE DOWN FOR YOUR PHONE. FREEZING OF PHONE


Hi, when a phone randomly freezes, it means that the phones memory is faulty or when an application you downloaded has virus.

Select how long the display screen and keypad remain backlit
after any keypress is made.

Take the battery out of your phone and wipe the gold contacts with a soft cloth. Wipe the contacts gently on both the phone and the battery. Then replace the battery and test. If this does not work you must go to a Sprint Repair Center.

this is a software problem !!! change the software fo your mobile in the nearest outlet

Try letting the phone die by letting the battery run down. Then charge it back up and see if it will work. If not, you will have to take the phone into a repair center or store.
