No sound in my nabi

go into settings sound and slide sound up or down then it should work

seems like a bug in the app (not a virus) and needs to be updated (or reset the tablet from the bootloader since it does run on android or you can try resetting the tablet in settings > security) but in most cases an update would fix a problem with google search or you can open the native browser in mommy mode or open chrome and use google searches there

1. Turn off your nabi Big Tab.
2. Press the Volume - button first, then press the Power button and hold them both until the system menu appears on the upper left corner of the screen.
3. Use the Volume - button to highlight "Recovery Mode," then press the Power button to select it.

Remove the rubber case of the Nabi Jr. Then press the Volume + and the Power Button. Calibrate the screen. Wait for the calibration until it is completed. But if it is still frozen, press on the power button for about 10 to 30 seconds to shut it down. Then restart the device.

sounds like your screen broke. Nabi has 2 'scereens' a piece of glass on top, then the LCD screen below. The LCD screen can be broken by hitting or twisting it. It can also become more prone to breakage if you leave it out in excessive heat.
Nabi will fix the screen for about $60...
