Your camera can not load mechanism completely(E01). Could have problem with mechanism or the mode motor itself fails. By the way, serial number is not necessary. Good Luck
Do you have a reliable and updated virus guard? This might be virus.
Try booting in safe mode and install Avast! (or any other virus guard). Make sure you start computer in safe mode each time it restart. (Press F8 before windows logo appears and select 'Safe Mode' and press Enter)
Update the virus guard, run it (and shcedule a boot-scan if you installed Avast!).

The error indications (01, 02 or 06) show what type of malfunction has occurred. When an error indication appears, the camcorder turns off automatically. Remove the power supply (battery, etc.) and wait a few minutes for the indication to clear. When it does, you can resume using the camcorder. If the indication remains, consult your nearest JVC dealer.
You mix te info with Write protected tapes.
Safe guard mode is caused by the motor that takes the tape out of it's case, through the mechanics and past the video head.
If for some reason the electronics detect that it's been done by too much force, the safe guard issue promts.
