SOURCE: I have a blackberry 7230

the phone probably has a password on it if you bought it on ebay then email the persson who sold it to you. If you have not got the email then try wiping the data base (I was thinking by errors in something else...or....a magnet?) if you cant do any of them then your a bit stuffed.

Hi,
This normally means that the phone was stolen/lost and the person that lost the phone has blocked it. It sounds like the actual phone is blocked!

best for you to call the service provider as this may be a mistake by them blocking your hone by mistake

the code must be 15 digits long
you only have five chances before the phone will lock, so please don't try more than four times. hope this helps
