I bought a 2GB SD card for my Kodak EasyShare C330 Camera

When I just installed the 2GB SD card I received a message on the view screen that states"Memory Card is Full". What do I do to correct this problem. I read the liiterature that came with the camera and I did not see anything that stated I could not install a 2GB SD card in this camera. Do I need to return the 2GB SD card and continue to only use a 1GB card or is there something that you can have me download to enable me to use this 2GB SD Card? Please advise - your assitance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Paul Brannigan I have a brand new 2 GB SD memory card for my Kodak Easyshare c330 digital camera. When I turn the camera on it says the memory card is full. (I tried the tab on the side of the card, that was not it) When I tried to format the card, I got an error message: " filesys error e00100". Please help I am going on vacation soon and need my camera. Thanks

Buy a 1GB card (or 2). The spec for the SD card format is going to 2GB but the Kodak C330 not compatible with 2 GB SD memory cards.

This error message means that the card is corrupted or formatted for another digital camera. Turn off the camera. Insert a new card or format the card.
Try to format the memmory card using a card reader and the PC this should solve your problem if not you have to replace the memmory card.

I bought a 2GB SD card for my Kodak EasyShare C330 Camera

Hi there.
Make sure that the write protect is off.
Face the card towards you, look for a small white tab on the left hand side of the card, to unlock it push the tab down, it will be at the side of the card like this 59a6de4.jpg .
Also use the camera's menu to format the card for use with the camera.
Please post back if you need any additional advice.

Good luck and thanks for choosing FixYa!!

the c330 can only take memory cards up to 1 GB SD memory cards. This camera was manufactured when the 2 GB was not yet made. Your camera will not work with a 2 GB
