SOURCE: how do you connect your toshiba satellite laptop

Somehow it was blocked. In your menu under the lock symbol, see if the input for pc has a x by it. If it does then enter your four digit pin #. If no one entered a pin the press the recall button 4 times within 5 sec. That should do it.

Connect pc laptop

This TV has a PC interface VGA (HD-15) , so all you need is get a VGA to VGA cable to plug between the VGA output on the PC and TV.
On the PC select the display as external monitor.
On the TV pick the PC input as required input, not the TV tuner.
Here is the manual.

Toshiba backlight problems?

Without a remote control, you can't enter its service mode to unlock it. Try to get an original remote control. Contact the authorized service center.

Yellowlight blinks 3 times on my toshiba 62hm116

If you are refering to the 3 yellow blinks repeated over and over the
boot data is corrupted. Download the firmware update(link below)from Toshiba and unzip the files and folders, copy the unzipped files & folders to a SD card (like a camera uses,I used a 2 gig). Unplug the tv and insert the card into the slot hidden behind the cover above the HDMI inputs. Plug in the tv and watch the yellow blinking stop and a solid blue will light when done. Unplug the tv, remove the card, plug in the tv and all will be good. You could now install the update per it's instructions.

TOSHIBA 19av600u 19" TV to PC selecton +menue..PC selector shaded, cables are connected/ help I Have the correct cables installed TV to PC. When i get on menue, a group of choices you can select. choices...

A few questions first:
Yes the your Toshiba has a 15 Pin VGA input on the back I/O panel.
Are you using a 15 Pin VGA male to male connection between your TV and Computer.
Is your Computer a
1) laptop or a
2) desktop
The highest PC resolution this TV will handle is 1280x1024 @ 60 hz.
Here is a web site below with your TV's Specs:
http://www.crutchfield.ca/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=05219AV600&Show=ExtInfo
If you are trying to use a HDMI cable then PC is not the selection you wish to select but the HDMI input is.
Blessings always,
