Alcatel mobile stuck on sos and foreign language

If I remove the sim card from my iPhone it will show SOS and allow me to make an emergency call only.
This is what sos is for. (Save Our Souls)

So, check your sim card and mobile carrier contract
then sos will be replaced by the carrier name.

you need the right sim card. the reason its saying sos is either your phone is not unlocked or the sim card hasnt been activated

This page has a link to download the manual for that particular phone. All you need to do is use the scroll arrows to select the phone you have. Then select the your language in the dropdown box, and hit "download." That should do it!
