If your computer froze either on safe mode or normal mode to log in to windows it means the your OS (operating system) is corrupted. You might need to reformat your machine to it's defaulty factory settings. Note that all your files will be deleated if you will reformat it. Before reformatting I advice that you back up first all your files from another machine. To do this, take out your hard disk and connect it to another computer (it will detext as usb or external hard disk). After saving all the files, put the hard disk back to your machine and reformat it then.

I'm forgot my password to login

If you are not able to boot your computer in normal mode or supposed your notebook is infected with Trojans or malware, you are able to get rid of them with Safe Mode. Furthermore, it is easier and safer to bypass Windows 7 logon password in Safe Mode when lost or forgot Windows password.
For Windows 7, there are 3 different types of safe mode, Safe Mode, Safe Mode with Networking and Safe Mode with Command Prompt. The following guide is about how to bypass Windows login password with Safe Mode with Command Prompt. With command in safe mode, you can reset Windows password. Details are as follow:
Step 1: Start or restart your Windows 7 computer.
Step 2: Press F8 to enter Advanced Boot Options before the Windows 7 loading screen appears.
Step 3: Choose Safe Mode with Command Prompt in the coming screen, and then press Enter.
Step 4: Wait for Windows 7 files to load until Windows login screen comes up.
Step 5: Log in with an administrator account until you see login screen.
Step 6: A Command Prompt appears. Type net user in the Command Prompt and then hit Enter. All Windows user accounts will be listed for you.
Step 7: Type "net user iSunshare 12345" and hit Enter.

My laptop is Acer and it is showing like "we apologize for the inconvinence, but windows is not starts successfully" and showing some options like safe mode, safe mode with networking, safe mode with...

Here's the step by step on how I fixed this particular problem:
First, boot the computer into safe mode with command prompt. To do this, start the computer, and immediately begin pressing the F8 key at one second intervals. You may have to press several times until the boot menu comes up.
Use your arrow keys to choose Safe Mode with Command Prompt and press enter.
The computer will begin booting. Lots of weird looking white text will scroll by and then the computer will ask you to login or give you a box saying safe mode is running, etc.
Click Ok to finish loading. A black command window will appear with a c: prompt.
At that c: prompt, type chkdsk c:/r and press enter.
Check disk will start to run but then it will say:
Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)
Type Y for yes, and press enter. Then reboot the computer into normal mode. Chkdsk will start when Windows begins loading again. Let all 5 phases run and don't use or turn off the computer. (The chkdsk process may take an hour or more to finish.)
Chkdsk finds any corrupted files that are causing the problem and fixes them. Read the results of each phase as it finishes. During the final phase, it will notify you if it finds any corrupted files.
When the Check Disk is done, it will finish loading Windows.

Need to download dll file rt120.bpl

I would suggest you to follow the steps and check if it helps.
Method 1:
Step 1:
Login to Safe Mode and then check if it helps.
Start your computer in safe mode

Step 2: Perform a clean boot and then check if it helps.
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

NOTE: Make sure that you perform "step 7" in the link mentioned above to boot your computer normally.

Method 2: Scan your computer for virus using Microsoft Security Scanner and then check if it helps.
Microsoft Safety Scanner

Note: Any data files that are infected may only be cleaned by deleting the file entirely, which means there is a potential for data loss.

Aspire 5475 freezes on startup

It is most certainly a driver, but if you cant access the safe mode also that could be a hardware issue.. Try to troubleshoot with a windows installation cd. Put it in and boot the pc. It will start the windows instalation, you choose repair computer and not install windows. The command prompt will open, try to troubleshoot from there.. Thanks!

My Dell Inspiron 1525 freezes randomly after starting up. I can't use the mouse or keys to change the screen. The computer freezes around 5 minutes after starting up. I booted up in safe mode and have...

If you had no issue in safe mode the only thing I've seen like that is a virus that cuts of your use of I/O ports. boot into safe mode and try doing a system restore to a time before this problem occurred. IF that doesn't solve the problem try doing a clean install of the OS

you need to work out what is causing the issue. did you recently install something that caused this to happen? try a system restore to a checkpoint before the error occured but be aware you will lose files unless you create a cd image of the system.

Does dskchck & freezes if cancelled goes black & only cursor show

That's a common problem with Vista...you'll need to restart your computer. Start back up in safe mode...by pressing F8 at the boot screen. then restart your computer normally through the start menu. After this I would find a good copy of Windows XP Professional and back up my data, and install XP over vista.

Can't login, and mouse freezes

a few possibilities. try booting into safe mode (by hitting the f8 key BEFORE windows starts).
it could be overheating, try dusting out the laptop with a can of air or low-psi air compressor.
could also be bad or failing ram.
try the top 2 and let me know.
