The tablet does not have capability to support a wireless keyboard, only a USB one or Bluetooth one.

The keyboard on my grandparent's tablet doesn't work. It's just one line. The keyboard e one installed in a black cis thase that came with the tablet. The rest of the lines work.

Try disconnecting the bluetooth connection in the Bluetooth menu and then re-sync the two. If this does not work I think the keyboard is got issues that cannot be fixed unless sent back to factory

I push the power button the kocaso screen comes on and tells you injoy colorful life and then goes to a screen that said android for five or six seconds and then shuts off well it does not shut off it...

I used this link and found it had a 50/50 chance of working...

I know it's not for your exact model, but manufacturers often have the same method of hard reset for all of their devices. Specifically:

"The button to hold down is the menu button next to the home button. With it powered on hold down tthe menu and power buttons until it goes off, then release the power button and then hold it again while holding the menu button. An android with an exclamation and triangle will appear. Tap the power button and the menu for reset or updates appears. Select factory restore and follow instructions then select reboot at next screen and you`re done."
Hope it helps u too
