DR-1 MAC FINDER does not see it!

Hello everyone, i have this problem since i bought my dr-1 field recorder. when i try to move mp3 files from my mac to the dr-1, sometimes the finder freezes during the copying process. i tried to narrow down the problem by using different sd cards, but the problem remains. can anyone help? Hi everyone! I am new to Mac. When I connect mz TASCAM DR-1 to Apple MacBook FileFindes does not see any gadgets nor files. What additional programs I should download?

I had a similar problem. What i did was to replace the tascam provided cable with another one (similar) from Iriver t30. works wonders. found out that the original cable couldnt plugged in properly to tascam although it did recharge the unit.

How do I recovered deleted files from a Tascam DR-1MP3 player

Hi! As far as I can tell, there is no way to recover anything deleted off the recorder (found this out the hard way!) Best advice I can give is back it up on a hard drive asap before deletion. That way your material can be put back onto the device at a later date. It\'s a pain but it\'s saved me a few times!

My tascam dr 100 gives a 'writing failed' file error' message and stops recording

Try using a smaller memory card. This only happens to me when using a 4- or 8-gig card. 2-gig and below, No error.

hello inira. DR-1 and DR-3 are two separate but similar toshiba model types.
Your machine must offer both in that one machine. Your best bet is to replace the remote with a new original remote control.

Using an ONIX mp3 player with a mac

you need to copy and paste it from itunes into the mp3 file one song at a time- it sucks but it worked for me(not on a mac but it should still work) (right click on the song you want, click copy, go into the mp3 folder, right click again, click paste) sorry if thats no help

Tascam dr-1 recording problem

There is a "PB Control" button. I had the same problem. You've inadvertently told it to change the speed or something on playback. Make sure that none of the indicators at the top of the screen are active (i.e., white letters on black background). Press the PB Control button to toggle it on/off. Also, any files transferred to a computer will not be affected.
