In AJ3 thru BT3 put a number. Doesn't matter what number. Then type the following formula into a cell and instead of pressing enter press and hold control, then press and hold shift, and then press enter, and then release all the keys.

=COUNT(IF(NOT(ISBLANK(AJ2:BT2)),AJ3:BT3)

HOW MANY WATTS DOES A 60 LITRE CAMPING FRIDGE USE

That info will be posted on a back plate on the refrigerator.

And if you cannot find anything on the back or inside then hook up ammeter to the unit and measure the amps used after it has been running for about 15 minutes. Then using formula watts = amps times volts (115 in USA) you can arrive at the wattage of unit.

What is the normal operational pressure in lo/hi side at the compressor of commercial freezer like dispaly case, reach in cabinet or other any low temp refrigeration uses 502 or408A/404a. is there any rule...

why yes there is. Generally speaking, the head pressure should be around the "ambient +30" rule.
That is, measure the entering air temp to the condenser, say 75 degrees. Now add 30 to that and get 105 degrees. Look at a P/T chart and see what the pressure is for that temp which is about 253 for R-404-A.
The evap on a freezer leads the load so, as a general rule, the evap temp is going to be around minus 10 degrees to get a 0 degree box. Coolers are different. So, the pressure for a minus 10 evap is around 25 or so. But the unit has to be close to operating temp. If the box is warm, naturally the pressure is higher. And what influences the pressure is whether or not it's a TXV or a cap tube system.
If a TXV and no receiver, charge by subcooling. If a receiver, fill by sight glass. If Cap tube, charge by superheat.
Hope that answers your question.

Ihave a hoover fridge freezer it started freezing the fridge compartment now freezer not freezing and compressor comes on and go's striaght off again

Sounds like your compressor relay switch is bad but feel the compressor and see if it is hotter then you think it should be. That is easy to tell because you will not want to keep your hand on it long. That would mean a possable bad compressor. Please give a thumbs up for my effort. I could help more if I was there. keep me informed though. The Raz Shack

I have a upright frostfree Woods freezer. It is only around 4-5 years old and this year it is making very loud running noises. It is not keeping things fully frozen.

Power output

Use the formula P x I = E where p is 120 volts I is amps and E is watts. On the service plate it will tell you amps. That is the fan the compressor and the light. My frig is 6.5 amps full load. that would be 120x6.5=780watts.

Kelvinator Chest Freezer will not cool after spray painting rust spot.

Dear Landport2
Welcome to the site,

You said, you have a Kelvinator chest freezer, model number CFS101SM1W. This freezer is in excellent condition and was working ok. I notice that there was a rust spot on the bottom area so I decided to spray paint the entire inside with the appropriate appliance spray paint. After spray painting the freezer will not cool.

How old was your freezer?
This must be an ancient freezer!

And Unfortunately I was not able to tell you to leave it alone and not to turn it off!
You did not cause this!
Unfortunately it was so old that it probably was already on it's last legs.

Here is an interesting report I just read!

Repair or replace your appliances?

When to pull the plug on your old freezer

It nearly always makes sense to undertake simple do-it-yourself repairs,
such as replacing a gasket on a refrigerator or a freezer.

Typically, you'll also find a troubleshooting section for more-serious problems
in the owner's manual.

Should you pay for a repair or buy a new model ?
The answer depends mostly on the age of your ,freezer
how much you bought it for,and the cost of the repair.

Follow these guidelines:

When a repair makes sense.

If your refrigerator is under warranty or less than four years old freezers),
paying for a repair makes sense.
Note that freezer under warranty might require service from a factory-authorized technician;
readers have found them on a par with independent repairers.

When a repair might be a wise choice.

If your freezer is out of warranty and is four to seven years old,
it might make sense to pay for a repair. Customers generally pay $100 to $200 for a repair.
But you might want to buy a new model even at this stage,
given that today's models are quieter and have added features.
Higher energy efficiency is another plus: Energy Star-qualified models made after April 28, 2008,
are 43 percent more efficient than conventional models built before 2001 and 56 percent
more efficient than those built before 1993.

When it pays to replace.

The repair costs more than half the price of a comparable new freezer.
Data also shows that it doesn't pay to fix a less-expensive freezer
six or more years old .

Thanks to better recycling programs, less than 10 percent
of a freezer you replace is likely to end up in a landfill.

Thanks for giving me the opportunity to help!
Please do not for get to give a rating before you sign off!
Thank You, HUUUM
