• Device should say: “Network Lock Deactivated

You have to call samsung tech support for a reflash.
That is the best thing to do as of the moment.

somebody typed invalid unlock code too many times. Now you need unfreeze code. This code can not be supplied byt AT&T. You need to use usb cable to read unfreeze code. There is no free solution. You must purchase software to make it :(. You can purchase A867 unfreeze code reading software at FastGSM.
