From things I have read about this error code, it could be happening because of using compatible sublimation inks which is causing this problem.

Paper pinch roller is having some problem may be there is a paper jam or Cartridge try to remove all papers then remove the ink cartridge pull out the power wait for some time ,put back the paper without ink and paper
check if the error is changed if yes replace your ink if still there check for any paper jam clean it all properly and start again.
