Try new gas, and adjust the carb.
Check the screen filter in the muffler. You may need to clean it up or replace it. This seems to be a pretty common problem.

The oil pump is pressed in from the bottom. There is a special bolt and bracket to make sure the pump is set to the right depth. Your local dealer should bea able to get the tool for you but it will be cheaper to have the shop do the work.
PS it is more common on this saw to have a dull chain act like it is not getting enough oil than to have a bad oiler.
I am gold certified and have been doing repairs since before the ms series. I have only replaced two oilers in that time.
