How do I get the software for my Eclipse DVD/CD Avinavi System.?

Wild guess, there is a security code to prevent theft. A dealer would know the code if you don't have it in the owner's manual somewhere.

I have an Eclipse dvd/cd/avinavi UCNV884RE system in my car, I disconnect the battery and now need to re programed the system to have it working again.
I don't have the required software. Is there somewhere when I can download a copy, if not, what can i do?

P.S the car was imported from Jaoan and came with the system installed.

I have bought a new car, toyota vitz, in which there is a radio-eclipse UCNV884RE model. The radio cannot play any cd or dvd, it can only be open and close and also want to change its language from japanese to english. Please help.

Did you buy it new? if so, it came with a disc. If not try eclipse at www.eclipse-web.com I'm not sure what their security protocol is these days, however, it was pretty tight a few years ago. If you bought the unit new from an authorized dealer, they filled out the paperwork and sent it to eclipse for warranty and registration. They do have contacts listed on their site as well. Hope this helps

i have the boot disc but it cannot be copied however i could re boot the radio for you no charge.
