login to google on a pc , forget password. reset password
once done, then try again

Just Google the brand name and the model and use the words "factory Reset"

You have to search for network on the tablet then when it finds the router, click right arrow to forget that network, then search , it will find the router again but this time it will ask for the password.tablets are notorious for remembering stored passwords for routers and can corrupt settings to stop you from logging on.
so just clear and forget any network it finds then rescan and input password again.

If you forgot your password you need reset your tablet to factory default to make it useful again.

If you mean your comcast.net password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the comcast.net sign-in page.

If you mean your microsoft password, click the "Can't access your account?" link on the microsoft sign-in page.
