Where is the volume

Little buttons on side of headset. Typically the factory setting is for right ear. So volume button on top would be up volume and bottom would be lower volume.

What colour wire does what with Samsung in ear earphones

This is an educated guess.
You should have 4 rings around your 3.5mm connector. From the tip to the base of the connector....
#1 - left audio - Black
#2 - right audio - Red
#3 - Ground - bare copper
4# - Mic/volume - green/brown
The wires for the left and right channels (pins 1 and 2) and the ground, (pin 3) should run from the connector through the volume control, to each ear piece. The mic/volume wire should terminate at that control. although it could connect to more than one place within the control.
You may be able to open the volume control, gently, and see which wire stops there and which continue on through.

I hope this gives you enough information to complete your project.

I have no manual of my motorola phone..k..but the volume of my motorola l6 is so low when i'm using mp3 songs how to contol the volume of this phone motorola l6?

To get the maximum volume from your MP3 player you have to increase the ringer volume. To get the best sound you should use either earphones, headphones or blue tooth ear bud. Below you can download a manual for your phone (page 68) explains how to control ringer volume.

Broke the ear hook for the Motorola h500 bluetooth headset

The ear hook on my H500 broke as well.  I called Motorola (866-289-6686) and they are mailing me a replacement.  Even though This bluetooth has a 1-year warranty.  I purchased mine in Jan. 2007 and was covered but the rep didn't verify anything regarding the purchase date so even if you're outside of your warranty, you might still give it a shot.
