I contacted GE on the web and found out they don't make the parts anymore for this unit. I used Gorilla glue to repair the cracks in the old semi soft plastic water collector chamber.

Are the coils clean? If it has a filter is it clean? If yes to both, it has lost (leaked) refrigerant and it's time to buy a new dehumidifier. If the leak can be found it probably wouldn't be repairable and would cost more to fix than it's worth.

Follow the start wire from the compressor to the capacitor, the run wire will go to the opposite side.
For instance if the white wire is the start wire on your compressor then the run wire will go to blue wire and vice versa.

I have same problem (ie, missing this drain nozzle). From my searching, the GE part number is : WK09X10006.

My searching (so far) is finding a couple places online to purchase this, but at $14-$15. Still looking for a better (ie, cheaper!) option.
