Rolling thick black horizonal lines come up after TV warms-up and then starts moving up and down approximately 2-3 lines on screen and continues while TV is on until turned off.

Mines a LG RZ42PX11 it intermittently gets a black vertical line down the middle of the screen.

Hi I have a LG RZ42px11 there are 6 vertical thick black lines running down the middle off the screen, when cold the TV seems OK but if it has been on for around 10mins or on standby the lines stay on screen.

Vertical Line started on left side of HDTV, and now

This problem is down to the actual LCD or plasma screen, if this shows as the screen warms up and stays on then the screen will need to be replaced, you should go back to your retailer (not manufacturer) and report this problem, depending on the store and how long you have had the tv, the tv can be replaced for a like for like tv at store as this is not a cheap standard repair.

That is the camera not being in sync with the refresh rate of the TV. With consumer gear, there is really not much you can do about it.

Hyundai 42inch plasma tv

If these are thick black lines, this is most likely line frequency noise entering the set. you may have a leakage from the DC ground on the secondary side of the powersupply to the AC side, or a bad filter capacitor(s). Most of the time it is the filter caps that give these types of problems. If you are connected to cable TV service, or an outside antenna you can also have this problem from an AC ground loop return. Also if there is a device such as a VCR connected to the TV and it has problems, it can cause this as well...
