You can send your Quinny in for inspection & repair required.
If you're in the UK and the product is under 2 years old, please contact your retailer with your proof of purchase and they can arrange for it to be sent to our engineers for inspection / repair work required under warranty.
If you're in the UK and the product is over 2 years old or you no longer have proof of purchase please contact the customer care team on 01284 413 141 Mon-Thur 08:30-17:30 / Fri 08:30-16:30 (Excluding Bank Holidays) to discuss booking it in for chargeable inspection / repair work required.
If you're outside the UK please visit www.quinny.com and select the country you're in, then use the "Contact Us" tab on the right side for your enquiry to be sent through to the customer care team in your country.
