I am using a flat screen TV from Philies.
When the TV's turned on there is a green light that blinks.
But when i turned it on, the green light disappeared and the screen turns off then a red light blinks right next to where the green light blinks.

I would open back and check all boards for cracks, this is a problem with these sets.Then count the blinks on the set and see if it stops for a moment and starts back.
