For that you need to install your camera inbuilt in driver. Click here Click on above link and select your os and download driver for it. It is web cam driver like chicony camera driver. first uninstall old cam driver if any installed then install chicony driver .Then it works again. Let me know if you need further assistance. You have to install cam driver .
If already installed then uninstall it.
Then downlaod from this link . http://gd.panam.acer.com/home/
Select your operating system and downlaod.
Then after installing thisd driver open my computer there you can see your camera.
IF you cannot see this camera then there should be some hardware problem in your inbuilt camera.

Go to WWW.Global.Acer,Com and download the driver from the drivers section. If the driver is already found in system then look for the program on the programs list to turn it on.
