You need to either unpause the printer manager or delete all the queue's and restart he computer. Since you have not provided information on the operating system you use, I can not help you further.

I would try two steps:
1) Check the "pending documents" for your printer and make sure the printer queue is empty - delete any pending document.
2) Check the printer settings and make sure the default paper type is not set to "Executive". You may also check this in the paper properties of the document that you want to print.
view & print button is used for viewing the content in the memory card if it is inserted in your printer. If you are giving job from computer and it is not getting printed try the following steps.
1. check the cable between computer and printer. 2. check the printer queue ( see a printer icon on the right bottom of the screen near time). if it is there double click and check whether any document is pending in the queue. if so cancel all pending job and restart the computer and try printing again.
Hi. You will need to clear the queue first as it will just accumulate in it if the pending documents remain. There are articles in the Lexmark website to help you remedy the problem. If the print jobs are still stuck in the queue, click on this link: http://bit.ly/aVuCwm and follow the instructions carefully. Once the queue is cleared, unplug the printer usb connection from the computer and plug it back in after 5 seconds. Try printing again. Good luck!
Thants means some pending peinted or pronting documents in que in printer,Please follw the given instructins,,
choose start button
go to setting --> printer and fex option
you see the connected printer,
choose the printer and Right click of the mouse on that icon.
choose open option
you see many pending documents in screen,select all documents and right click of the mouse -->cancel -->Ok
Queue is nil
than you will ready to print.
To start with You check the data cable is properly connected to your printer than you open the printer dialogue box and remove the documents pending in the queue and retstart the computer and before giving the print command select the printer that you are going to use(if more printers are connected to the computer).if all this does not work i suggest you to reinstall the printer after uninstalling it
- go to printers folder then check the status of your printer - if it is offline, right click the icon and select use printer online...
- check if there is pending documents becuase printer wont print if there is pending document in queue- to clear the pending docs. right click the icon and select cancel pending document
- printer OJ 5610 icon should be in ready status, no pending documents, and the icon has a checkmark as as default printer...
