Bought a game on i-pad,used prepaid debit card, said there was money on to purchase. there wasnt, now wont let us change user information to pay and will not let us download free games or any app. HELP

Are you trying to change the payment information then? This is how I changed mine...



1. Go into the "Settings" app

2. Scroll down until you see the "iTunes & App Store" settings, and click on it

3. Once clicking it on "iTunes & App Store" it should take you to a screen where at top it says "Apple ID:[email protected]" (my Apple ID is my e-mail - not sure everyone's is an email or not). Click on where it says that "Apple ID:.....", and it should pull up some options.

4. The options I have is "View Apple ID; Sign Out; iForgot; Cancel", and you'll want to click on the "View Apple ID" option.

5. This will take you to a screen where there should be an option saying "Payment Information". Click on that, and it will allow you to change the payment to what you want it to be.
