Why doesnt nokia N79 start

Hi can you please specify the type of lock in your mobile .Whether your mobile is locked by security code then try default code to reset your mobile or else if it is locked to network .Then visit Mobile-unlocker.com here they ask you the network name to which your Nokia N79 mobile is locked and the IMEI number of your mobile .Then at last they deliver you code to unlcok your mobile.

try to switch it on by keeping another compatible nokia battery ....if it doesnt switch on it is a software problem if it gets on it may be a problem with your battery

replace the battery. also, ensure that blue tooth and other un-needed aps aren't open

1) Factory defaults-
Type *#7780# on your standby screen.
This will reset all your setting to default factory settings. User data wont be affected. (Default Lock code is 12345)

2) Soft reset-
Type *#7370#
This will reset the phone as well delete user data. Use when want to format the phone.

first put a sun cellular sim on your n79 mobile phone, text modem and send to 2300, you will instantly receive a confirmation message about the configuration of mobile connection as a modem, after that press "install" and you will now connect your phone to your lap top and surf to internet.

Try removing the battery and place it again and start the phone.If this doesnt work out then you have to contact your mobile service centers for this kind of problems.

You need to get your mobile's software re-installed. Contact nokia care they will do it free of charge if it is in warranty period or else with nominal charges.

Some connection has come off. Hopefully it is the battery connection. Visit to Nokia Care is warranted.
