its brand new and you forgot everything already if you did the google mail password assist then open that if dont know that or didnt do it can try provider for assistance and most lockouts are either 1hr or 24hr
Try unlocking with your Email Account. or the Security Answer that possibly you know.
if you have a back-up of your data then i suggest you to re-install your Operating System (Most Economic Plan)

Follow the steps to recover your account. You'll be asked some questions to confirm it's your account and an email will be sent to you. If you don't get an email:
Do a pattern until it tells u that u have done it to many times you have to wait 30 seconds to try again.And then it should have on the bottom of the forgot password. Go on that and put up email address in there and then you will get an email with your password on it or it will so create a new password
Hold down the power button and the up volume button at the same time for about 30 -60 seconds. The device should go to the factory reset screen if not use power on button to get to the screen. You will lose all data stored. I know this works as I have just done the same to my nieces as she forgot her password.
