just bought bring back for replacement under warranty

use the camera digital or cell cam and with the remote control viewn see if the LED are ON. see the photo attached.
If do not do it. Open the remote control clean the keypads from corrosion, and resolder any colder joint . clean the contacts batteries and try again.

May have lost the program,

Wrong remote or wrong programming method or system is not operable.

Which program are we trying to Load?
What Operating system are we using? Was it working before?
try reinstalling the Program

electronic key on 2008 jeep cherokee says key damaged or key not programmed. car won't start. some things work but radio won't come on. etc..

I have had some programs that never uninstall either.
Make sure it's not running.
Check "Task Manager" to see if its running.
Also check in your "startup folder in "progrems"...if it's there take it out.
To do thet ...rite click on the big start button in the lower left corner of screen.
...then click "explore"....look for "programs'....then "startup"

Remove media player from CPU ("Add and remove Programs" or "Programs and Features" both under control panel), then Google Windows Media Player, free down, if that doesn't work, its most likely a hardware issue. Hope it works!! :)

This might be due to software compatibility issues with Win 7.

Try running the program in "Windows 7 Compatibility Mode", there are not assurance it will work. Hope it work for you & good luck.
